We offer Free Shipping on all US orders over $60 or International orders over $250. Please select FREESHIPPING at checkout to get your free shipping.
International Shipping:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country’s customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment.
Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.
For Domestic Shipping we utilize USPS, UPS and OnTrac carriers and offer the following methods:
- Standard (5-7 Business Days)
- Economy (3-5 Business Days)
- 3 Day (3 business Days)
- 2 Day (2 Business Days)
- 1 Day (1 Business Days)
For International Shipping we utilize USPS, UPS and FedEx carriers and we offer the following methods:
- Express (1-3 Business days)
- Priority (3-5 Business Days)
- Standard (7-12 Business Days)
Order Processing
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped same day if it is submitted before 1pm EST.
In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to customerservice@theintimatepleasure.com referencing your order number.
Tracking:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day. Please feel free to contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding your order.
